Well, it is hard to believe it is that time of year again. This year I have worked really hard to add some special features in this update. There are some new features and I brought back some fan favs from the past. Holiday Lake will run from November 23rd until Jan 1, 2025. Below you will find some highlights of what you will find and what might be missing.
The Pavilion
The pavilion is decked out with festive holiday decor and the snow has returned to grace part of the Lake in its winter wonderland beauty. Visitors will find a lovely fireplace as well as a Christmas Tree that completes the holiday look and feel.
Winter Seclusion
Another wintery addition is Winter Seclusion. The Seclusion addition has proved to be a fan favorite and so for the the next few months Winter Seclusion has been added in addition to the other. It can be found via the snowlake portal.
The Ferris Wheel
Another fan favorite that is making an appearance just for the holidays is the Ferris Wheel. I received more complains on it removal than any other asset, so I think it will be welcomed back even if for a brief time.
The Mystic – Catamaran
The Lake lacked boats and so this version finds 2 in its waters. The Catamaran is built for both couples but also an impromptu party. I am really happy with how it turned out. I made it with some nostalgia making visitors swim to the boat to get there…but don’t worry there is a portal nearby.
The Miss Behaving – Schooner
I had to make some choices in what stayed and what was removed for this version. Dallas’ amazing house was removed but his lovely vessel the Miss Behaving was added. This ship holds a secret and must be boarded via a portal.
The Sauna House
The Sauna House is the newest house and this house will also be the December giveaway for my Patrons. The house offers a lot of amenities, including a sauna. A portal is available to take you there.
The Rock Pool
I am never satisfied and the pool on the Pavilion deck was an issue for me so I am trying something new that goes along with the natural elements of the area. The rock pool offers a couple places for visitors to wade into its warm waters.
Pagoda Island
In past months I released a pagoda style building and island for my Patrons. Holiday Lake features that build for all to enjoy. There is a bar and dance area as well as a few places for couples to linger.
SeaLab
Another Patreon build, Sealab is nestled under the Lake and only the intrepid explorer will find its hidden secrets. I love this build, and I felt it was a good replacement for Asila that has been shelved for this update.
Bella’s Keep 2.0
BellaTrixie has provided an update version of her lovely keep, which is one of the most frequented assets at the Lake. We hope you will continue to enjoy its charm and explore all the new things it has to offer.
