The world of Hon’Raa is a fantasy world.  There are two types of creatures in the world.  Creatures, including men, droll and elves created by the divines and other creatures prone to evil who were created by a fallen divine known as Arbane.  The story is told through several points of view of several of the key characters.

Ultimately, Arbane seeks to use his forces to collect all the magical essence in the world in order reopen the portal to the divine realm in order to wage war against other divines in order to become the supreme lord of both planes of reality.  To collect the essence, Arbane harvests the souls of any magical creature, mostly drolls.  Drolls are elvish in appearance but slightly smaller than their elvish cousins.

Arbane’s forces also corrupt men and women to do their bidding with the promise of power and wealth.  As Arbane’s minions continue their constant attack on the world of Hon’Raa, some corrupt men and women as they attempt to rebirth the age of dragons to hasten the Arbane’s endgame.

Man, elvish and Droll-kind work to resist Arbane as Champions rise against the dark Grimlord with the assistance of divines who now dwell upon the planes of Hon’Raa.
